Windows Management Category:Windows administrationQ: fancybox 3 jquery plugin passing parameters I'm trying to pass parameters to a fancybox gallery using jquery3. The gallery should change depending on a value in a radio button. When I click the button, the parameters stay empty. A: I figured out what was wrong. I was using fancybox 3, which uses fancybox version 1, where it's not possible to pass params through the url. IL-4 and/or IL-13 gene-modified mesenchymal stromal cells augment IFN-γ expression and ameliorate acute graft-versus-host disease. To investigate the mechanism of the amelioration of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) by mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) modified with IL-4 and/or IL-13 genes in vivo. MSC were modified with IL-4 and/or IL-13 genes and injected into aGVHD mice. The survival rate was determined. In addition, the number of IFN-γ(+) T cells was counted and the level of IFN-γ was determined by RT-PCR. The protein level of IFN-γ in serum was also detected by ELISA. The results showed that injection of MSC improved the survival rate of aGVHD mice. After IL-4- and IL-4/IL-13-gene-modified MSC treatment, the number of IFN-γ(+) T cells in the spleen increased significantly. The mRNA level of IFN-γ in the spleen increased as well. The protein level of IFN-γ in the serum was increased compared with that in the normal control mice. The IL-4- and IL-4/IL-13-gene-modified MSC suppressed the lymphocyte proliferation and increased the expression of IL-10 and TGF-β in the mice. These results indicated that IL-4 and/or IL-13 gene-modified MSC ameliorated aGVHD in mice
