Attached are the "Bids" document for the transportation of equipment
items and the "Bid Summary" document to include pricing and volume
amounts for the Bids. Please note that we have set up a spreadsheet
report titled "Bid Summary" to be run every morning. The
spreadsheet will include the bid amounts, volume, totals and
purchasers.
Please make sure to read the following on the "Bids" document,
with regards to any questions you may have or the requested
materials:
All information provided by the Purchaser will remain confidential.
All Purchaser's requests for material will be presented to the
contractor on a "first come, first serve basis" with a 30 day
notice of intent to bid. All Purchaser's will be
competed on a strictly "cost plus" basis and
Purchaser's will not be allowed to withhold bids from other
bidders. Purchaser's will be awarded the Contract based on
cost plus 6% to the Highway Department.
You may access the Bid Summary Report through the
GIS Software or by using the Highway Department's Spreadsheet
